The daily cutoff is usually about 2:30 PM Pacific Time (we do observe daylight savings time when appropriate)
Orders placed after the daily cutoff each day, on Saturday, on Sunday or on Holidays will ship the next business day.
Will I get a tracking number?
We provide an order "status" number and a place to view the order status. This tells you the status of your order (ie: processed, fulfilled, shipped, etc.) but is not an "in-transit" tracking number. The USPS does not provide a tracking number that allows package tracking during the actual transit of your package.
Why do you ship via the US Postal Service
We us USPS services to keep the costs as low as possible, allowing us to provide less expensive products and FREE shipping.
